Hi There! I am Kaylee Kidd, the owner of GritForward Physical Therapy. I live in small town Plenty, SK with my husband and our daughter. I was born and raised in Plenty, however school led me away from my roots for about 6 years. In this time I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan and continued on to obtain my Master in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Upon completing my post secondary education in 2021, I returned back home to start my career.

Over the past 3 years I have had the privilege to experience a great diversity of patients, treating in both the private and public sectors. I have always had a dream of opening up my own Physical Therapy practice, and I thought what better time than now as I return to my career following maternity leave. I get to support my home community and stay close to my family. And this is how GritForward Physical Therapy came to life!

My goal is to create a safe space for my patients that allows for a thorough and in depth assessment to create a tailored treatment plan for my patient’s individual needs. I am passionate about taking an active approach to rehabilitation to get you back to doing the things that you love! I cannot wait to start this journey and look forward to helping each of you in your injury management, recovery and prevention.

Hi there! I'm the creator of Totality Wellness, and I'm so glad to share a little bit about myself with you. I started out as a city girl, but over time, l've found my home in the quiet beauty of country living. I'm a proud mom to twin boy/girl duo and a loving wife to my amazing husband, who has been my rock through it all. I'm a passionate gardener, flight student working toward my private pilot's license, lover of all animals, keeping a clean and peaceful environment, an I enjoy cooking and baking from scratch. I deeply believe in the importance of core values, healing from generational trauma, and always working toward becoming the best version of myself-not just for me, but for my family too.

In my professional life, I'm a committed healthcare practitioner with a diverse background in manual therapy, movement, and the arts. I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), and over the years, l've continued to deepen my expertise by training as a Manual Osteopath. One of the most impactful practices I've integrated into my work is CranioSacral Therapy, which has allowed me to provide more effective and long-lasting relief to my patients. It's been incredibly rewarding to see the positive changes this approach can bring.

In addition to my manual therapy work, l'm a certified Yoga Instructor (trained in Thailand in 2016) and hold a Mat Pilates certification from the early 2000s. These practices help me guide others in finding balance and body awareness. I spent years teaching Tap Dance, which has influenced my approach to health by blending artistry with healing.

Lastly, I'm excited to share that I have been accepted into the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine to train as a Homeopathic Practitioner. Homeopathy's holistic approach to treating the mind, body, and spirit deeply resonates with me, and I look forward to integrating it into my practice to help others achieve better health and wellness. My journey is guided by a desire to heal and empower, and I'm excited to continue supporting others on their wellness journey.
